Adventurous elopement in Yosemite National Park!
Rachelle and Sean met with us via Google Meet on June 30, 2020. We learned that their elopement was originally planned to take place in Ireland, however, due to the COVID-19 restrictions, they were forced to change their plans. The couple decided to have their elopement in Yosemite National Park.
This beautiful elopement began at 4:30am with a hike up Taft Point. We power-walked the 30 minute hike in order to make it to the top for a sunrise ceremony. Once we reached the top, Rachelle and Sean changed into their wedding day attire and prepared for their first look.
The ceremony was breath-taking with the gorgeous view and fresh, crisp air. Their vows were so heartfelt that it brought tears to all of our eyes, vendors included. The moments on Taft Point are unforgettable.
After Taft Point, we travelled down to Four Mile Trailhead and explored the tall grassy fields. During this time, we had a blast with our Insta360 camera as the couple ran through the meadow together.
To wrap up this perfect day, Rachelle and Sean celebrated their love by popping a bottle of champagne in the middle of the river together.
Our adventures continued the following morning by waking up at 4am to capture scenic shots of Yosemite and time lapse clips of the sunrise.
